I'm a strength coach based in the Surf Coast, Australia.
I may be a terrible surfer, but over the past 10 years, I've gotten pretty good at getting people ridiculously strong (and as a result, lean, healthy and full of energy).
Don't take me at my word, we just met. Check out what others have to say about me here 👇🏻
...and if you are curious to learn more about my personal story with strength training and coaching you can read about it below.
"On a mission to build stronger communities through movement"
2013 ➡️ Walked into a gym for the first time on day one of my PT course. Qualified as a trainer that same year.
2014-15 ➡️ Spontaneously applied to study a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science 2 weeks before the start of semester and was accepted.
2016 ➡️ Started working in athlete development at AAMI Park & MSAC
2017 ➡️ Graduated from university. Travelled to the USA on a working holiday trip. Studied under some big industry names.
2018 ➡️ Left athlete development and started my first personal training business out of a Goodlife Health Clubs franchise. Started powerlifting.
2019 ➡️ Transitioned the business into a new facility (hybrid CrossFit and S&C) and began teaching gymnastics & strength workshops.
2020-21 ➡️ We don't talk about these years.
2021-22 ➡️ Gym shut down. Started working at a boutique powerlifting studio. Went all in on my athletic career. Won a world championship medal in powerlifting. Had a late 20's crisis after I achieved all my goals.
2023-25 ➡️ Moved to a beach town. Accepted a head coach role looking after 8 gyms in coastal Victoria, Australia. Started up my third and most impactful coaching business.
